    BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

    Lead ABA programs, supervise clinical teams, and support quality behavioral health services for Ohio providers.

    Requirements:

    • Current BCBA certification
    • ABA program experience
    • Clinical supervision skills
    • Strong documentation practices

    COBT - Certified Ohio Behavioral Therapist

    Support Ohio ABA service delivery, supervision, compliance, and clinical program quality under Ohio-specific requirements.

    Requirements:

    • COBT certification or eligibility
    • Experience with autism services
    • Care plan implementation experience
    • Collaborative clinical communication

    • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

      Direct ABA implementation and data collection under clinical supervision

    • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)

      Clinical social work support for behavioral health and human services

    • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

      Counseling services for behavioral health and community programs

    • Mental Health Counselor

      Mental health support across outpatient and community settings

    • Direct Support Professional (DSP)

      Hands-on support for individuals with disabilities in community settings
