    Lead behavior analytic services, supervise teams, and support ABA program quality for Wisconsin providers.

    Requirements:

    • Current BCBA certification
    • ABA program experience
    • Clinical supervision skills
    • Strong documentation practices

    LBA - Licensed Behavior Analyst

    Support behavior analytic care, program development, and team supervision for Wisconsin behavioral health organizations.

    Requirements:

    • Wisconsin behavior analyst licensure or eligibility
    • Experience with autism services
    • Care plan development experience
    • Collaborative clinical communication

    • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

      Direct ABA implementation and data collection under clinical supervision

    • Occupational Therapist (OT)

      Therapy support for functional, developmental, and daily living skills

    • Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

      Communication, speech, language, and feeding-related clinical support

    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
